Please note that by using my website, you are accepting these terms & conditions.

The terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of courts in England & Wales.  If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid by law, the rest remain valid and enforceable.  None of my policies affect your statutory rights.
 
By buying goods, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you are placing the order with the consent of your parent or guardian.
 
By submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase goods, which becomes a binding contract when we despatch them.
Please note that orders will only be despatched once payment has been authorised.  We reserve the right to refuse any order. 
 
The contents of my website are protected by copyright.  All trademarks and intellectual property are owned by us or third parties.
 
We cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracy beyond our reasonable control.  We cannot guarantee that colours will  reproduce correctly on your computer screen.  Products shown may not be actual size.  If we make a pricing error, we will give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price, or cancelling the order.
Unless we have been negligent, we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on the information contained in my website.
 
The website may contain links to other third-party websites.  We cannot be held responsible for these websites.
 
We take take only the responsibility, as required by law, for any loss or damage suffered as a result of our service, or goods supplied.
Please be aware that all deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes - which if applicable are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.
  All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.
Before placing an order it is the customer's responsibility to check any products ordered from my site, comply with state and federal government import regulations.
 
If you change your mind after placing an order or on part of that order, you can cancel it at any time before despatch. 
 
When you receive goods from us you are entitled to a cooling off period, during which you can return your goods without penalty.  Our cooling off period is 21 days after we despatch.  Please contact Jagrat by telephone or email to arrange return of goods.  Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, ticketing and proof of purchase, within the cooling off period. 
For hygiene reasons pierced items are non-returnable.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
If you return an item with which you received a free gift, you must return both the item and the gift.
 
Refunds can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. 
We will issue a credit for presents returned by recipients during the cooling off period.
 
In the unlikey event you receive a faulty item, please return it as soon as possible - All agreed faulty returns postage costs will be reimbursed by us.

Loyalty points scheme - Loyalty pointswill be awarded for every purchase made by registered users of my jagrat site.  Two points will be awarded for every £1 spent and each point is worth 1p.  Points can be redeemed against any subsequent purchase.  Points will expire if unused for a period of 18 months.  Points cannot be transferred to anybody else.  The user is responsible for the security of their online account, and for the transactions and redemption of points made.  The loyalty account created in the user's name will record points earned and points redeemed.  Users must be over 18yrs old to qualify for loyalty points.  If users think an unauthorised person has become aware of their account password, they should notify Jagrat as soon as possible.  Jagrat reserves the right by publishing notices on the website to *Change the terms and conditions of operation of the loyalty scheme.  *Stop issuing points at any time if we decide to terminate the scheme.
